CheckMate Working Alone Communications System
Workplace Safety Group’s CheckMate is an automated communication solution that calls the work-alone employee automatically at pre-determined intervals (such as every hour) based on a schedule that you or the worker can set up and change through our secure web site. The call takes only a few seconds, so the interruption is minimal. If the worker fails to respond to the CheckMate, an alarm is generated in our Central Monitoring Station and an operator then will call the worker. If the lone worker does not answer, the operator will then alert a contact from the emergency contact list that you provide.
Workplace Safety Group’s CheckMate requires no hardware or software purchase. Your lone-worker only needs to have access to a regular phone, cellular phone or even a satellite phone to answer the Workplace Safety Group CheckMate calls.
Other features of Workplace Safety Group’s CheckMate include the recording of the one worker’s location during each check-in and a weekly emailed activity report of all check-ins per employee. The standard monthly charge for CheckMate is $25 per employee and includes up to 200 check-in calls per month. Volume discounts are available for customers with more than 10 work alone employees.
