Answer: No, courses and course material have unlimited access. This makes it great for review purposes. Is it possible to download the courses to a hard drive? If so, how is the progress tracked? Answer: Courses cannot be downloaded because the integrity of the scoring would be compromised. Our program provides three critical functions: 1. Training 2. Administration record keeping; 3. Answer: As a web-based product, we maintain the server and deal with all software issues immediately. In the case of user issues, we have support available during regular business hours. We also provide additional email instruction to supervisors so they can explain how the program works to employees. Is there technical support for setting up the access rights/administrative system and to work with our IT department? Answer: Yes, but again the system is web-based and therefore your IT department won't be challenged by any issues. Return to Top Technical Questions
