Special Note Effective May 20, 2020 regarding teaching during COVID-19:

We are taking a cautious, practical and reasonable approach to restarting our training and coaching services to maintain the health and safety of your staff as our top priority. Ontario's labour laws are clear: businesses must protect the health and safety of workers, including against hazards like COVID-19. That is why WSG will adhere to established Public Health safety measures including practising physical distancing, hand sanitizing and/or wearing a face covering when physical distancing is difficult to ensure everyone remains safe at work.

  • Class sizes are based on the number of participants that your training area can seat to maintain a physical distance of 2 metres (6 feet).

  • Our facilitators are equipped with their own PPE and will adhere to the safety screening measures and protocols of your workplace (please advise us in advance).

  • Our facilitators will have a limited supply of cotton face masks available in the classroom; however, it would be appreciated if learners could supply their own.

  • Practical Training/Testing must be conducted at the client location. Physical distancing protocols will be strictly adhered to and relevant equipment surfaces and controls must be wiped down by client prior to and upon completion of the practical session. The facilitator will wipe down surfaces and sanitize equipment that they touch.

  • Learners participating in any Working at Heights or Elevated Work Platform training should supply their own harnesses

  • Any learner who is feeling ill must stay home and their fee will be credited for the next available training.
